Strategic Plan and School Development
The governors set a strategic plan and the current one was developed in 2020 in consultation with staff, governors, parents and the wider community. We paused developing a new strategic plan whilst going through the academisation process. As that process is taking longer than anticipated, governors have met to begin work on our 2027-2032 plan. As before, we will consult parents, staff and the wider village to help shape the strategic direction of Elstead’s vital school.
Annually, we define how the delivery of our vision and strategic objectives will be strengthened through our School Development Plan.
